During my stay, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. They even contacted me ahead of time to ensure a smooth check-in process. I was especially impressed by their quick response when there was a problem with the hot water - they came to the rescue in just 10 minutes. Additionally, the hotel provided a breakfast basket filled with delicious goodies. The location was also fantastic, as it was situated at the end of the main street and close to the old town streets. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all top-notch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sorrento. The staff were amazing and looked after us throughout our stay. They accommodated our late arrival and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and well-presented, with little snacks and water provided as a bonus. The location was perfect, right at the end of the main strip and close to bars, restaurants, and the marina. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at the reception and housekeeping.
